  • We are your PARTNERS and aim to build capacity. If you need someone to lead or model the implementation of new content and solutions, we are ready to take the reigns until you or a teammate is ready to lead the work.

  • Learning and implementing new skills and mindsets is best facilitated through deliberate action- we are teachers! A responsible gradual release will help you implement new practices well. Ultimately our goal is for your success to live entirely via your own capacity and ownership.

PARTNERSHIP SERVICES

  • Sometimes you know exactly what you need, but you just don’t have the internal capacity (knowledge, skills, time!) to create the solutions yourself. We will take on that lift! We lean on research and real-life to design products that will drive outcomes while matching the nuanced needs of your environment.

  • We’ve all been there - attended a training or workshop full of wonderful resources only to find ourselves falling short when rolling them out. So many great tools and ideas never yield outcomes because we need support in how to successfully integrate them as a ‘way of being’ in our organization. We will lead a responsible gradual release of new practices and help you strategically plan and prepare for successful implementation within your unique context.

  • Sometimes you have the knowledge, skills, mindsets and resources but you do not have the people! We are able to offer a high-powered team to fill in the short-term staffing needs on executive teams (think maternity leaves, unexpected transitions, reorganizational periods) while you stabilize your staffing model and finalize and transition in the long-term hire.

  • Each partnership is unique to our client. Services are billed either on a per-product basis (for example: we create a hiring model) while others are billed by the hour (for example: leadership coaching). We work with each client to deeply understand your most pressing needs and to design a performance partnership plan that urgently and effectively addresses your needs. We are able to tap into our wide network of educational and leadership experts to bring additional expertise and added value.
